These Terms govern your purchase and use of The Crunchy Home Makeover, operated by Lifeuntox ("Lifeuntox", "we", "us"). By buying or using the product you agree to them. Questions: info@crunchyhomemakeover.com.

1. The product

The Crunchy Home Makeover is a $97 one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to the system, including all future updates and rooms we add over time. Access is delivered as an online account tied to the email you use at checkout. There is no recurring subscription.

2. The guarantee

This is the guarantee exactly as sold:

Your day-one and day-30 scores are recorded automatically when you take the assessment in your account, so the comparison is your own number, not our claim. To request a refund under the guarantee, email info@crunchyhomemakeover.com from the purchase email within a reasonable window after day 30.

Some product links inside the Vault, Playbooks, and emails are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This helps fund the work.

Our recommendations follow our published sourcing standards regardless of whether a commission exists. We will not recommend a product because it pays us, and we will recommend a product that pays us nothing when it is the better choice.

5. Acceptable use

• One account per purchaser. The account, score history, and access are for the individual or household that bought it.
• No resale or redistribution of Playbook content, Vault listings, Decoder data, or any other part of the product, in whole or in part, in any medium.
• No automated scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to circumvent access controls.
• No abusive, illegal, or harmful behavior toward other members in the Community.

6. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, brand assets, scoring logic, and software are owned by Lifeuntox or our licensors. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product as intended. No other rights are granted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the product is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any decision you make about your home, your health, or any product based on information in the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your state or country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the product, the law, or our processors change. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be notified to active accounts by email. Your continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
